Yeah yeah, lame cash cow of Simon Cowell, but whatever, it's still good entertainment like it or not
The auditions were just as hoped, full of Crazies. Excellent. Now we're on to the semi's, and except for a few Crazies that somehow got though, there are some genuinely good acts.
Favourites so far:
Equally brilliant, well worth watching
- Signature - Michael Jackson dance, with a twist [Audition, Semi]
- George Sampson - Break Dancing Kid [Audition, Semi]

Well, I just watched the final and you can colour me very entertained! No idea who's going to win though...
The two young singers were fantastic, the "Singing in the Rain" performance was great, Signature made me laugh, the performances were brilliant fun.
And Escala - *fingers collar* - whew!

I think no matter what, either of the young singers or Escala will easily make it outside of the show, for that reason I think I maybe hope George (kid dancer) or Signature win the contest.
I agree. From what Simon has said to the singers, i wouldn't be surprised if he signs them to his record label but then they do deserve it, their performances were fantastic.

It was George! Well deserved if you ask me. I was cheering for Signature in the last two but i'm happy it was George who won. Major well done to him if he ever reads this thread lol.
There are two women on the radio right now saying how terrible this programme is for exploiting young children. Get yourself, luv!

EDIT: It get's better, one of them just said it was "offensive" yet she still watched all of the programme.

EDIT: Nevermind. I read about how the show works on Wikipedia, and it makes sense now. Too bad we didn't get to see George perform a 3rd time.
Indeed but it shows his passion for dancing and that is incredible to see. It is unfortunate that his family have split up and that must be really hard. Its great to see Ant, Dec and Simon Cowell all taking an interest in him and it shows what a talent he is. Its nice to see and i think that we will be seeing a lot more of him in the future.
Wow. He really needs to cut the back slamming thing out of his routines. It's not necessary and clearly it's a bit more of a danger to him than the average person.

Yeah, I love it, but if it was my choice, and if he didn't have such an unfortunate financial situation, I'd also want him to cut down on the dancing. He may love dancing, but people have also gotten pretty far in life with their brain and good ideas. Being blind in one or both eyes isn't worth it for a year or 2 of fame.
