I wish I had gone for express shipping. Truth be told I just forgot as I was so excited. I should probably act my age!
My BTO has gone "Preparing for shipment" today, first sign that something is moving.
My earliets delivery date was 17th, no change in that yet, still, I can put up with my moribund PC a while longer.

When did you order?
Mine was on Sunday... still sitting in processing. Hoping it moves to preparing today, but not holding my breath. I did the express shipping, so if it ships today I should get it on Friday. Otherwise, I will have to suffer horribly until next week.
Just got the email that it's been shipped and delivery is expected Dec 13. When I ordered, the expected date was Dec 18th-21st.
I ordered on Friday about 0930GMT, I didn't notice anything about express shipping though, possibly missed a trick there?
It's the second step when you are checking out I think... not incredibly obvious, but it's there.

Just a week to wait now. Xmas is going to come early this year.

Arrived this morning.
Nearly missed the UPS van as we were setting off up the lane for our morning walk to get the papers when we met him crawling down looking at house names.
A few minutes later and we would not have been in. It never occurred to me that it would have come before next week.
So am looking forward to unpacking and setting up.
Mine has also changed to preparing for shipment. It says December 17th-20th for delivery, which isn't too long to wait
BTO arrived ten minutes ago....It's sitting in my hall as my buddy next door is still in bed and it's his.

Open outer cardboard box, swap box containing iMac for an apple, reseal cardboard box, place in front of buddy's door. That's what I'd do.
Were you tracking it online? Mine seems to be stuck and I'm wondering if the UPS tracking is not working for some reason.
No I couldn't get it to work either. It said ETA on the 12th when I clicked on the tracking number on my order page. The email notification said the 10th. Then I got a phone call from the wife saying it had just turned up. Typical apple. Always delivering better than you expected.

expected 18 - 12 december
not happy about it, just have to wait !

Not sure what's going on with mine either, maxed out 21.5 ordered 1st and still says its processing items. Not happy.
