That may be true, but realistically, I've never kept a phone past the 3.5 year mark. The batteries degrade too much in that time.

I've noticed that there really isn't a default look for the iPhone camera anymore, though I'm not sure this applies to the SE 3. Does it? What camera look did you pick?

I really don't like the iPhone SE's indoor shot. The rest look great, though.

No. The iPhone SE sports a beautifully refined design built on a timeless classic. Nobody will ever remember the Pixel 6a.

Boy times have changed. Talking about smart phones that cost $400+ and calling them budget phones. I remember when a budget phone cost below $100. 😂

My dad just got a new basic phone, and it even came with the promo to credit the installments, so tax+up fee for like $44. Sure it's a flip phone, but that's all he wants.

The compound color errors look pretty bad.
Color boosting makes grass neon-like, and guys hands orange like trumps hair.
Other reviewers also noticed iPhone trying to turn night into day when not asked, outside the night shooting mode. Plus the infamous “skin tone mapping” that should be considered “racial profiling” these days… turning tiles under flower tubs orange.
I was using iPad with its automatic color sensing and some of the above, of course.
Compounding color mistakes? Apple have not heard of that.
I’m choosing Android because of the above, plus no LDAC because ”can’t talk to Sony, without Steve”. What a pity. I would have liked to enjoy all-Apple eco but this idea sits below my audio-visual needs. Would go back if fixed…
