the problem is if you don't know what you need you don't know how to do it. that pretty much goes without saying.
 
how could I create this..?

go to new egg, buy a miniitx motherboard and case, then buy ram, harddrive and a processor that will worth with the motherboard, then put it together following the instructiond that come with the motherboard and then install debian or ubuntu or something and you're done.

Definitely... I guess they mean the slow transition between an always open Phone app and the Mail app oh and the Springboard.
