And they have bumper 3 packs for $25 plus protective film.... sweet. I also really dig these... 2 for $19.99. I love the light grey!

Where are you finding the ones pictured at the bottom - the grey colored one? Those don't look like they're on Scosche's website. I also don't see anything about "3 packs for $25" or "2 for $19.99".
The Scosche ones do look very nice, but I think the outer edge/lip is made of rubber based on their description. Ever try to slide a rubber case in and out of your pocket? No thanks. I did email them just to be sure though, because it looks like a really nice case otherwise.

I just ordered the clear+black one. Didn't think about the rubber issue, but I'll let you know once I get it. It comes with front & back protective films, so that's a plus at least.

OMG! I just ordered 3 as I like to mix things up and they are cheap toys. But your point it so important - I just wrote them and put them on hold until they answer if it is silicone edged. Getting it out of your pocket when driving is impossible, if it is.

I hope you're right. But I'm not sure how you can automatically come to the conclusion that the rubber is in the middle and not the edges? It seems that the clear part in the center would be better suited for polycarbonate than rubber.
Just deducing based on the descriptor and the pics...if you look at the ones with clear rubber banding, the solid color edges look like a molded plastic, i.e.the polycarbonate plastic. Only time will tell though...

glad you liked them.. as soon as i saw them i knew they were gonna be the ones i wanted..
i was looking at their videos on youtube.. apparently they make really interesting and good products.. hopefully when we get our bands we won't be disappointed.. and hopefully the clear part on the middle doesn't look cheap :-/
Scosche just wrote me back...the edges do contain silicone rubber and will rub trying to get them out of your pocket. I asked them to cancel my orders - they did...
i'm sure that some people MAY have that problem.. but i really don't understand how the phone can slip out of your hand while it's in your pocket..
unless you wear extremely tight pants.. which if you're a girl i'm all for it.. but if i put my hand in my pocket and pull out my phone i always pull it out.. unless i'm driving.
But i won't have that problem since i installed an iPhone car plug so i can listen to pandora/music while i'm driving..
I'm not trying to sound like a snob or anything, i just don't see how someone cannot pull a phone out of their pocket..

we agree - you sound like a snob..I don't run a lot of gadgets in my car - I sometimes need to get it out of my suit pants pocket while driving - just like the guy above...silicone never worked for me......BTW, the guy at scosche knew exactly what I was talking about and agreed....
now get back in line at the apple store...don't want you to miss your place...are you dressed like a phone? (LOL)
