I only can find cases that have business card slots only. Some of them were already mentioned above, and here are some of them I just found. Both automatic on/off and business card slots.

That's a beautiful red patent leather case. I preferably would like a manlier look; however, it does seem to do the trick.

Does anyone else have any recommendations?

Search for the "Florence Portfolio" designed for the iPad3 but fits the iPad2

Business card holder on first flap, second flap has space for notepad, and thrird/backing flap holds your iPad. Has auto on off when opening.

I'm too new to forums to bother with posting pics :D

Great thread for those professionals in need of these types of folio cases. Here are some more that i found while perusing the internet for the perfect case. My criteria is:
-hold business cards
-hold paper (either a pad of paper or single sheets)
-holds a stylus
-props up at a 30 degree angle for typing
-props up at a 60 degree angle for viewing
-on/off magnet

My list is below. Note that not all of my criteria was met with all of these, as i was willing to compromise on some features. But i thought i would share my list in case someone out there was in the same dilemma as i am.

FWIW, i've been using the Maroo Moko II for the past year with great results. Its stood up to the every day abuse of multiple daily meetings, offsite conferences and home use. It also met most of my criteria in that it holds some paper, about half a dozen business cards, has an on/off magnet, and can stand at 30 and 60 degree angles. It actually even holds my jot pro stylus on the inside binder (since the stylus is metal and is magnetically attracted to the ipad magnets for the apple smart cover). My reason for changing is to find something that can hold more items, has a dedicated stylus holder and does not have the little elastic straps to keep it shut. Something that looks better would be nice too, but not critical since function was more important than appearance.

I think the winner in my case is the sena florence portfolio: http://www.senacases.com/apple/ipad-2-cases/florence-portfolio-cases/

The HEX Folio was named in the beginning of this thread, and the OP dropped the suggestion because the case doesn't have the Autowake function.
I've been using mine for a little over a month now and haven't missed this function even once. I mean, the case lies next to me all day - ready to read, take notes, search the web... and I only close it when I go home.

My review

Whats wrong with the Targus case? I had one and it was pretty good. No fitment issues or anything.

So, after looking around for quite some time and not finding the perfect solution in a case I believe I have solved my problem. A iPad mini fits perfectly in the outside pocket of my existing sales book!
Problem solved.
