As most posters on here have already explained, either way you go, 3gs or 4g, you will come out a winner if you wait until the new iphone is released.
Buying one now is a foolish decision anyway you look at it. It's already April, and a new iphone is almost guaranteed to be released this summer. Waiting would be the prudent thing to do.
But as you have obviously already decided to buy a 3gs and are just on here looking for someone to agree with you so you feel better about your decision, go ahead and pick one up tomorrow and stop creating pointless threads.🙄

Buying ANY new iPhone now and knowing that a new one is going to be released in June/July is just dumb. I don't even know how you are considering it?
Even if my iPhone broke today, I would buy a crappy flip phone off of ebay to hold me over.

faustefire - your right kinda haha, except i havent fully decided to get the 3gs yet.
steve - you already have an iphone, i have this crapy dare thats all messed up and i love even the current iphone. like i said before i have a 64gb itouch, i really love the touch screen mostly and i just love the way the iphone works.
i dont have the extra money to be buying other spare phones, and another reason why im posting this, is to try to get an idea on how much the new iphone will be. if the 3gs goes on sale for 99 bucks that would be a much more appropriate buy for me. im in college and any money i do have goes quick...
