iPod touch Buy iPod 4Gen now or wait till Black Friday?

Even if they do offer a discount, it'll only be like $20. In my opinion the wait isn't worth it.
 
Hmm. If your daughter is very anxious, then get it now. If she is not, wait. They won't have that much of a price difference.

It is highly unlikely that there will be any discounts on the iPod 4G. The reason you may want to hold off on getting an iPod Touch for her before Black Friday is that I suspect that many stores will offer Android-based tablets as "doorbusters" for $100. It's worth waiting for another week or so when the BF flyers will be leaked.
 
I don't see Apple allowing a super discount on any iPod products during the Christmas holidays. Some stores will bundle an iPod with various accessories like a case and/or charger. Similar to what Best Buy has been doing with the 8 GB model, recently.
 
Personally if she really wants it I don't think you should wait, I think the 4th gen touch might be hard to find during the holidays. You don't want to wait and then find out its all sold out, which might happen. Then you will be stuck paying more for it on ebay or amazon from a 3rd party seller.
 
Check weekly ads: in10-31 ads: Toys R Us has 32gb w$10 toys gift card $299. Target has 32gb w/ Bose earbuds $299. (They claim earbuds are $90 value)
