Should I buy the iPhone 5 when it comes out or just stay with my iPhone 4, which I bought last year and love. Will it be worth it to upgrade to the 5 or just save the money or spend it on something else like a tablet? opinions please

You want us to give you an opinion based on something that hasn't been announced. Makes a whole lotta sense.

my advice: if you qualify for an upgrade, sell the ip4 and get a 5. otherwise, keep the 4.

Pretty much a given that it will have an A5 chip. RAM will be doubled and camera resolution will be boosted, as we have seen this trend established in past generations. It's common sense.

As for the display and curved edges, the rumors all all pointing towards that. I am just asking because I have money to burn right now and wondering whether i should spend it on something I want to buy right now or keep it for the iPhone 5.

Trends don't mean anything, otherwise we would have seen the new iPhone get announced at WWDC 2 months ago.

Clearly you know the specs and the design, how about you make your own decision wether to buy the next iPhone, why do you need our help?

    Have some common sense.

Why don't you make the decision yourself instead of starting a useless thread about it

You understand what irony means ;)

We know nothing, all is speculation - but based on common sense we can guess that ip5 will feature larger screen, faster CPU, better camera and maybe 64 GB memory ...... Just maybe :)

Definitely, a buy! Both iPhone 5 and iPad 2 have the a5 dual core chip. Apps are going to get bumped up!! If you enjoys great apps, you will want the iPhone 5!!

I'm getting tired of these threads. Wait for the next iPhone, whenever it comes out.

Is there something else that you would rather get instead of the next iPhone? Maybe a new TV, console, laptop, tablet or anything? If so I would get one of them since you have the 4.

    Oh FFS...

How about learning how to formulate your own opinion instead of relying on other people? You clearly want the iPhone 5 or you would not have bothered posting, so that in itself should provide the answer for you...no?

same dilemma here.. I really like my ip4 and don't think it's time to sell it just yet. but the bold 9900 is tempting!

These type of threads are repetitive and annoying.

You should absolutely wait until the next iPhone is released before making a decision. End of story.
