Nope. It's unlocked if bought from Apple either online or in store. Buying the T-Mobile variant from T-Mobile is definitely locked to T-Mobile.

NOW that Apple has announced the new iPhone 6s, it looks like they will be offering their own Installment program. Do you think they will offer the option to just buy the iphone outright instead? I really want to buy it outright!
