So, i got it the first day it was available in germany and I really love it`s general dimensions and especially the design! Always-on "Hey Siri" is a cool feature.

It is light, I can reach all the screen with my thumb and it is faster than my iPhone 6 I sold for it...

What I don`t like is the yellow tint it has at the top. I went to a local store to compare it with two other iPhone SE which had the same problems. I thought, ok, it is not apples flagship model and is it some kind of inexpensive so I can live with it. I had read all the stories about the 5/5S with the same yellow tint - perhaps I would have been annoyed one day so that I would have replaced it with applecare.

All the buttons are rattling but this is really no problem like it wasn`t with my iPhone 4S.

But I was surprised several times to hear from different phone partners to be poorly understood.

And what I really hate - and this was the No go for me - is the bad quality when using my cars bluetooth speakerphone. I have reconnected and repaired the phone repetitive with no success. The voice quality is bad and the sound is scratching. I never had this with my iPhone 4S or iPhone 6.

All in all the iPhone SE is a good product but for me the overall feeling is not enough to keep it. The iPhone 6 was much better in terms of quality and because I sold it for a good price I ordered a 6S today which I will certainly like better despite the very high price.

It was worth a try - tomorrow is the last day for a return so it goes back to apple. Bye bye iPhone SE.

The Bluetooth appears to be widespread since it's been reported as an issue for a good amount of iPhone SE users.

Since you sold your 6 and are returning the SE, what phone are you going to use?

I hope you'll have a 6s without yellow tint on top... Because it seems to be a widespread issue on 6s too :( (I've exchanged many of them to finally get a refund, some were better than others though)

And now like you I have a SE and same thing yellow tint on top. I've checked many demo unit and it seems to be a pretty common issue too.

Unfortunately with the high demand I think apple don't care about quality anymore and it's very disappointing.

I guess every iPhone release has had different issues. It just spoils a lot of the experience when you end up getting lemons. I also think the average consumer doesn't pay attention to most details with a product. Probably means they have less stress!

The BT is horrible with the OEM car kit for my 2014 Acadia Denali, but I'm riding it out in the anticipation of it being fixed. Actually, my 6 was no better, so I'm thinking it's a compatibility issue with GMC, as some other car owners are not having trouble.

You are absolutely right in general. The normal consumer would be very happy with the things I described above except the car speakerphone problems with bluetooth. I found it very stressful to use while driving the car.

My screen is as close to perfect on my 6S as possible. It's crystal clear.
As my iPhone 6 screen was perfect, too, I hope this also applies to the 6S i`ll get on Thursday and I have not read much about such problems regarding iPhone 6/6S.

Agreed. I have a faint yellow tint across the top of my screen, and it doesn't bother me in the slightest.

My iPhone 4, 5, and 5S all rattled and now my SE, I just consider that a feature that apple has included in their phones.

Bluetooth is a little messed up on mine but both of my cars don't have BT so it doesn't affect me. My screen is slightly warmer than my iPhone 5S but not noticeable and doesn't have a yellow line.

No yellow tint here either and my BT works ok with my car too. Maybe I do have the problems listed by OP but I'm oblivious to them, which is highly possible.

I returned my iPhone SE due to screen adaption. Just too small for my preference, awesome little beast, but it wasn't for me. Went to the 6s not the plus and this one is perfect , and both of my phones didn't have the yellow tint you guys are talking about. Maybe I've been getting lucky :)

I thought you loved it? You kept saying you had no regrets. Just find it interesting. I wonder how many people will eventually end up doing the same that went from a 6 series down to the SE??

Someone going from a 4, 4s, 5, 5c, and 5s to a SE is probably not going to notice the difference in display size or useability. I have a 6+ and my wife a 6s+ and there is no way either of us would go back to a phone with a smaller screen.

Wide spread ? 6s here and no yellow tinting. If it was wide spread, where are all the links please
Just google "uneven iPhone 6 screen" and you'll see. I went through many until I found and acceptable one. The 6 and 6S generation lcd's are terrible for uniformity. The majority of people don't notice the dark corners or blotchy blobs or yellow tint but believe me there are many out there! Sad to see there are reports of the same thing on the SE. I'm excited for the move to AMOLED next year. Hopefully they will up the quality of the displays.

You might be surprised. I went from the Xperia Z1 to the iPhone 4 with no probs.

Back in the day I stuck with a physical keyboard, thinking I could not go touchscreen and type well. I then got the original Galaxy Note but found the keyboard precision not as good as my 3.5" iPod Touch.

I spend most of my time on the iPad Mini 4, but have no problem typing on the SE, or reading anything as text is always formatted to size.

Why not just exchange it, instead of getting a completely different phone model?

Either way, good luck, in finding a replacement.

Not noticing any issues here but, haven't tried BT yet. Will test in my car at some point but, regardless I'm guessing Apple's going to release a fix anyway.

Not really seeing any difference between the BT on my SE and any of my other devices, so I'm quite happily using mine. As far as the rattle, yup, it's there. But then, since I don't have a cause to make it rattle, it's not a problem. On the screen, since there is always something on the screen and there is nothing affecting my daily use of the device, I'm not encountering an issue.
Too bad the OP is having issues. Wish him well with whatever he chooses.

AMOLED isn't any better. It to suffers uniformity issues as well
