I do prefer the OnePlus photos over the iPhone; less contrast on faces seems more pleasing over the aggressive contrast on the iPhone. Thought I will say the white balance on the OnePlus seems to be hit or miss.
These comparison things are mostly fluff for the authors to express their opinions... and that what they are... opinions..
As for me, I actually prefer the iPhone 14PM photos (except the one of the plant) as they all appear more detailed and true to life in color instead of smoothed over due to heavy post processing.
For me it depends on the picture. On the people pictures, the iPhone is a clear winner for me. Same for the dog image. On images 3, 4, 6 and 7 the OP11 is the clear winner to me.

I was interested as I own the prior gen of both devices - 13PM and 10 Pro
The issue looks to be in the iPhone software. Throughout 16 (including betas) the camera accuracy and clarity shifted - sometimes better, sometimes worse. Lens flaring and reflective dots are a couple of examples where it regressed. So seeing it on my side, the examples shown ended up being no surprise.
The iPhone 14 pro max camera is dumb when used in other apps, it doesn’t switch lenses when moving closer to an object, e.g. to scan a qr code in an app. Pisses me off.
So, “Hasselblad is a Swedish camera maker that has been developing camera technology for OnePlus smartphones since the OnePlus 9”? Perhaps more impressive is that they happened to make the cameras that the Apollo astronauts took to the Moon. In spite of that the iphone pictures are much more natural. Is that not what you want a camera to do, both on Earth and on the Moon?
