Camera connection kit: Apple is fast

I'm a big fan of the Best Buy system - you pay for it when you order it online for in store pickup. They confirm your order and tell you by email when your order is ready. You have eight days to pick up. They don't have to worry about no-shows, I don't have to worry about whether the item will be available when I get there or pay for shipping.

That's pretty much it, though, about what I like about Best Buy.

Thats a good idea. But I think apple are happy that people are still buying loads in their stores even without this

Ordered July 15th. Projected shipping Aug 26th.

Finally got a FedEx shipping number this morning. Projected delivery now Aug 11th.

Same order date and I got the notice this morning too - it must have gone into junk though because I don't see it! (I have my email forwarded to my phone - so i got the short SMS version).

Wonder how mine ended up shipping? Off to hunt down the email!

OK, it's shipping FedEx from China, should be here the 12th it says.

Mine is here!! Had to have been my regular fedex guy, it hit my door at 9:26, thankfully he was smart enough to notice the signed release on the door

Mine arrived this morning as well, glad me changing my order didn't make me miss out on this batch of shipments.

Works as advertised, and will greatly help with field storage. When I'm out, or in a shoot, I now know that I have more than 4 CF cards, and didn't have to watch my trigger finger!

I need a new CF reader... Mine draws too much juice. I did play with the USB keyboard though! Lol!

Unfortunelty there was a bag of "trash" that got put in the trash can a few weeks ago from the car. My gut is telling me that my new stylus tough camera was in that bag....

So here i sit with the CCK for a camera that went missing due my kids negligence.... Sigh.... I should sell their iPod touch to replace it I guess, except they need that for school stuff.... Maybe in another 4 years i will have enough extra $ to rebuy it (how long it took me to get this P&S).
