What's funny is look at the image stabilization section. About 2:30 into the video The Galaxy is clearly worse and the video is jerky vs the iPhone video.

The guy say "hands down I have to give it to the Note 4..." Anyway, it looks like the Note has a nice camera and it should for being 16mp. This video is hokey though.

There is a companion video to this which they compared the Note4 and ip6+. At about the 18.45 mark in the video you can see more of the camera part. The video of the Note4 looks more stable.

I think they did quite a good comparison with pretty neutral comments unlike some video reviews which exaggerate with over-the-top bias comments.

This kind of test doesn't use color accuracy as a criteria because the voters were not there. So, it would make sense that the voters on the Internet might be swayed by over saturated images from a Note 4.

Can you spare us having to watch a 30 minute video and give us the main reason?

30 minutes? How about less than 4 and a half ... watch the video and learn something about the 2 cameras

Touchwiz looks much improved from what I've seen. Think will give touchwiz a go instead of using a launcher

The video can't be independently verified.

Supply pictures (original) w/ full EXIF. One needs to be able to evaluate the noise. The dynamic range and detail.
There is no doubt a higher MP will have better detail but that is not an indicator of quality. Noise, linear steps of dynamic range are quantifiable objective metrics.

Secondly, his low-light is nowhere to what I call "low-light"

Go outside at 4AM and take a picture and come back to me.
Take a picture of some kids running around a 10x10 room w/ a 20 watt bulb in the middle.
Take pictures of mix exposures. A subject against a back-lit window. This will test the metering of the camera's software. the IP6 plus shines here.

These are tangible tests.

I agree, I would prefer if people tested real world situations

I was amazed by reviews of the s5 camera. But once I got the phone, I found that low light pictures were super noisy. I also found the focus to be inconsistent on closer up objects. It does take great daytime photos though.

Software quirks were there too, I did miss a few good shots due to lag. Hopefully these are fixed with the note 4.

EDIT:
Just watched the video above, why do the iphone pictures look super hazy? Did he have a fingerprint on it or something? The colors on the front iPhone 6 cam are definitely better than the note 4. The note 4 does have more detail, but thats expected as it is ~3x the resolution.

So both phones are good enough to make stupid looking selfies, pictures of cats sleeping, babies yawning and friends falling over. Got it.

You should... It is much improved on both the S5 & Alpha so see no reason the Note 4 shouldn't be the same. I don't mind the launcher, however still wish I could move app drawer icon to the centre of dock.

It definitely seems a bit more tasteful now. I'd probably use NovaPrime anyway just to get the gestures, but for this version of TouchWiz I could actually see myself using some of the TW widgets and stuff - those posted earlier in this thread actually looked quite nice!
