I have to reboot my new iPhone 16 pro every new day I want to use the camera. I press on the camera button. It shows me when I’m taking a picture of it and goes blank. Is anyone else experiencing anything similar?

Definitely not. Try to set it up as a new phone (without restoring from backup) and see if it still happens. If yes, it could be defective.

does it still fail that way when you do it the "old school" way not using the new button?

is your OS up to date? There was an update specifically for the 16s a few days after they came out
