I was just able to call in and have mine changed as well. First guy I spoke with said it couldn't be done. Called back and got a different guy and he was able to take care of it for me (switched from the Incase Snap Clear to the Belkin Shield Micra Clear).

Any reason you switched to the Belkin? I heard that the Incase would be better!

I ordered the Speck Pixelskin HD and just got my confirmation email that says that it ships on September 20th, and delivers by the 23rd. Are you sure it says October? (Not doubting you, but it's hard to believe that a matter of one day difference in ordering would make you wait an entire additional month.)

The delivery times and estimations seem to be all over the map.

I ordered my Pixelskin HD on July 30th, and mine is due to ship on Sept. 28. Mine seems to make sense compared to yours, but that other person getting a ship date at the end of Oct, when they ordered after you, but before me. Just pure randomness I think. No idea why, but I surely don't see any logic or sense in it.

I don't like the fact that the incase leaves the top and bottom exposed. The Belkin appears to at least cover the entire stop and bottom.

It seems strange that they did not offer the Incase Slider. It is available now, while the Snap is not out for two more weeks. I prefer the slider as well.

I called in Friday afternoon to change mine. The rep advised me that she would have to send it to her sup to be changed. As of now my order status is still reflecting the old case I selected so I just ordered a Pixelskin HD via ebay this morning for $22 shipped. I'll settle for the Griffin Reveal now.

Quoting myself here but I just called and changed it again (to the Speck Pixelskin HD). The reason I changed it again is because I just received my Ivyskin Reception case today and hate it. The Incase Snap Clear and Belkin Shield Micra Clear are both very similar to the Ivyskin in that they are clear plastic. Those types of cases show fingerprints and pick up grease like crazy and I can't deal with that in a case. The Speck isn't ideal for me either since I hear it can cause problems with screen protectors but it appears to be the best of the bunch for me. Plus it's free anyway so it will be my backup case to my Seidio Innocase Surface.

I just got my free bumper yesterday. I got it like in 2 weeks after i ordered it. so i was really happy about it. just hope they start selling bumper on apple store so i can get a white bumper.
