Can i install leapord on a partition that i created using disk utility?

    I created another partition using disk manager, can i install leopard on that partition?

    Yes. As long as the drive's partition map is GUID.

    Use Mac Os Extended (journaled) (HFS+, journaled).

    I assume you did mean Mac OS-X Disk Utility, not Windows disk manager (the thread title had "Disk Utility", but you said "disk manager" in the post - big difference, and the latter won't work).
