I've been trying to look into it but I'm pretty new to this, I can't seem to find a definite answer to my question. Is there a full untethered jailbreak released for iOS 10.0.1? Any answers or help would be appreciated.

Yalu102 beta 7 is the most stable jailbreak and it supports your device and firmware. No tricks or fixes to get it working.
Download the beta7 ipa and Cydia Impactor from the links below. Install Cydia Impactor on your PC/Mac and open it. Drag and drop the Yalu102 ipa into Impactor, it'll ask for your Apple ID and password. After it's finished with the install, you'll see the Yalu102 icon on your springboard.
Go into Settings/General, scroll to the bottom and select Device Management. Select the profile with your info and select trust. Close out of settings and open the Yalu102 app, then press GO. After a few seconds, your phone will respring and you'll see Cydia on your springboard. If your device just reboots, open the Yalu102 app again and press GO again.
Anytime you reboot your phone, you'll have to open the Yalu102 app and re-jailbreak your device.
After every 7 days your certificate for Yalu102 will expire. You'll. We to delete the app off of your phone and resign it with Cydia Impactor (using the same steps above)
