Old thread but the newer Apple TV does not allow pairing multiple Bluetooth audio, while the Apple TV 4K does allow pairing two bluetooth audio devices. Just as you can for the last year on the iPhone X.

Of course they are.. the post you quoted was made 3y ago. Get a newer version that is available bowadays. Even the link was under the old product picture...

This kind of thing is what has always made the AirPort Express invaluable. Just plug your headphones into one and select it/them in the ATV’s audio output section.

Bluetooth has limited range, allows only one connection, and its sound quality is poor.

normanfox, I'm being sarcastic but also I'm dead serious... XM satellite radio is digital, right? and it can broadcast to an infinite number of receivers. So why is everyone here painting Bluetooth as technically unable to broadcast to more than 1 receiver? This just makes no sense!

You are aware that this isn't even close to being the same, right?
