They both use the same sim so there shouldn't be any issues.

I believe it is. That's the same model that Sprint gets. There is a third version sold only in China that has the 4 TD-LTE bands but not the CDMA radio.

I bought my 64GB 6+ in Australia, so I guess I shouldn't have any problems with CDMA carriers in the States
