Hi there, what about the warranty? is it possible for a 3rd party(buyer) to make a warranty claim when the IMEI of the phone is registered under your name?
Did you provide the receipt which states how much you bought the phone for?

I thought about doing the same thing. However, the Bold review from Boy Genius today was quite underwhelming and helped me make up my mind finally. I'll be stopping by the Apple store about 7AM to get in line!

Which store? 21 states don't have any phones, and the rest are going to be out today.

So, your phone sold, now what? You still have the contract.....do you just cancel your contract and be done with it?
What happens to the subsidized price? The price was based on having you in contract for 2 years. If you cancel your contract wont you have to return the phone or pay an additional amount for the phone?
