It's Samsung paying to advertise on sites were they are having streams related to the Apple event. He is just laughing at that.

It was in reference to the live streaming thread. Since there isn't live streaming I was on a live blog and this is what I stumbled across on an apple event.

I'm kind of surprised Apple isn't streaming this. There's no evidence of that on their website, and we are 15 minutes out. This makes me expect even less from this announcement.
