You need to have the cube and the UV light. Shine the UV light on the cube to reveal something. Write those down.
Now look at the 3x3 keypad. Press a button and then the long button, and while doing that, note the light that appears on the top. By lights, I mean these:
Go from there.

Did you crack the radio? If you did, you will find a speaker. And speakers have magnets in them
After you get the magnet, you put it at the end of the wrench. Hope that helps.

I can't seem to find where to place the wrench.

Did you move the chair? If not, use the wrench. You have to zoom in first. If you did move the chair, there should be four holes where the chair was. Try applying the wrench again and see what happens
Now I have no idea what to do with the information on the cube. I know it goes with the right door somehow.

Shine the UV light on the cube and you will see something. You have to use this information for the right door.
Also, note that after you press a button on the keypad and then press the long button on the keypad, some lights will shine on this:

Also note that clicking the cube on the info screen, you can roll it over on the other side. Use that to figure out what goes where.

And @Furi Kuri: Look at the cube and the numbers. Now look at the lights that pop up. Each light corresponds to one color of one side of the cube. For the first one, I think it's red. So go to the red side of the cube and shine the UV light on it and it tells you a number. Put that exact pattern of number on the keypad and then move on to the next one by hitting the long button. Hope this helps.
The third key is above the briefcase, use the black light to find it and click the little circle in the lower right corner.

Got that, but the paper with the coordinates has the marks on it. What do I do about that?

Now here's the hard part and you need to figure this out on your own because it's different for everyone. Spoiler:
But its still easy once you figure out what to do. Start using the UV light everywhere. Look for codes like g = d3 and stuff like that. Check places like the outlet, gold, safe, and stuff like that. And then shine the light on the smiley face where it says good luck. It should give you clues to how to solve the door on the top of the suitcase.
