Is it possible to render pages like you see them on a desktop on the iPhone or do they render as mobile/incorrectly/squashed down?

Sites render the same way they do on your desktop.

man differences

  1. No flash on iphone
  2. Some (only two I can think of) sites force you to view mobile version and don't have option to view normal site
  3. sites that use any type of frames such as some control panels show as really long pages rather then having a scroll section

Like they said you're probably thinking of WAP.

How many flash applications use some sort of the keyboard. How many flash apps can use half of an iPhone screen with the keyboard open. How many flash apps use rollovers. How many flash apps use this or that. Not to mention the iPhone would crash the instant you visit a website that has any flash ads or any sort of flash.
It's never going to happen. Get over it.

What is real?

If by real you mean what we can feel or touch then real is just electrical impulses interpreted by the brain.

you've been living in a dream world Neo.

I thought the exact same thing when I saw the title. lol

real internet?

have i been looking at a fake internet?

does that mean michael jackson is alive?

Some sites make you view the mobile version, and they have no way to let you switch back to the full version. I hate that.

Without Flash I would say it's not the REAL internet. I would like to have FLASH as something I could turn off and on easily. But adobe really needs to optimize their OS X version of Flash, cause my 8-Core Mac Pro struggles with it.

Did MJ fake his death? maybe.
