You're giving me so much hope! Considering they deliver until 7pm to residences, I can imagine there could be more than one wave on busy days. I've seen UPS come to my building several times before in one day.
There is definitely more than one wave. Sometimes I see stuff go out for delivery in the afternoon.
I'm routing for all of us... It's still early in the day and Concord isn't too far from Hamilton if they started moving at 6am. I'm working from home today but still refreshing pretty often. Post up if you guys get an update or delivery!
I received a completely irrelevant update to my UPS tracking. They added a third received into UPS Possession for April 23rd at 10:32am.
Mine says "On Vehicle for Delivery Today" and "Scheduled Delivery: Friday, 04/24/2015, by 12:00"
Residential or Commercial location?
I'm patiently waiting for mine to show up at a residential address in Oakville. Although it's UPS Express Saver I have a delivery window of End of day April 24.
Got this as well. Strange. We can only hope it went directly to distribution after customs this morning and will be on trucks shortly. Specially allocated watch trucks haha.

I have the same arrival scan as you in Lachine (426) but I have a destination scan at 847 still.
No. I woke up this morning around 7h30 and it was already Out for Delivery when I checked
Mine is still at the hub and still doesn't say "out for delivery".
I'm mildly freaking out but I have had packages from UPS before that get delivered here before the site even updates and when I've checked the tracing afterwards all the updates flood in at once, after delivery. Hoping that's the case today. It still says "on time" and still says "delivery by end of day" today.

I'm more central-east but it's almost noon and no delivery yet. Usually I have UPS deliveries after 5:00 pm so this was a big surprise for me... I just hope it doesn't come that late in the day.

Someone must have signed for it to be left and didn't notify you because Signature is required.
You'll be able to see who did after the UPS status page updates with the info.

Ah, you're right - the person who signed is not the person I spoke with about it so she didn't understand what it was or who to call.
