Where is yours coming from. Maybe the canada orders are not switching because they are waiting for them to get to canada first. The USA ones are starting out in China

You can usually tell from the "available credit" number, which (with RBC at least) updates pretty much instantly.
Hmm. We only get flights from Louisville Tues-Friday.

You are correct. "Available credit" shows a difference of the Apple Watch amount. Charged!
Piss me off! We've had chip and pin and NFC payments for years in Canada and the Brits are getting Apple pay months before we are!

I would blame Canadian banks not applePiss me off! We've had chip and pin and NFC payments for years in Canada and the Brits are getting Apple pay months before we are!

Weren't you subjected to Shakespeare in high school?? I think the rumours pointed to November or something for Canada's Apple Pay.
The big hold up is unfortunately RBC, CIBC, etc. arguing with Apple and putting up a bit of a fight. AFAIK, we've already had the required tech for years.

The problem with Canadian banks is they don't compete against each other's when a new thing comes out. They usually study and analyze anything new together same as the Big 3 telecommunications company (bell, Rogers and Telus). I'm sure if one bank made a deal with Apple, the rest will follow as they don't want to loose clients but it doesn't happen that way here.
I think it's just slow because of the weekend. Come Monday, the orders will start rushing again.
I have a "shipped by 9-11 days" as of June 1, so... Kind of doubt they'll get through 16 days in time for this Wednesday/Friday, but we'll see.
