White Sport changed to 'Preparing for Shipment' on Tuesday, Milanese did the same a day later.
Track by Reference never worked on FedEx or UPS. Never received "We're working on it" email.
Received Shipment Notification from Apple this morning at 5:23AM EST with UPS numbers and a "Delivers 24 Apr" estimate via Standard Shipping.
Both packages currently show the exact same info from UPS:
04/22/2015 22:32 - Order Processed: Ready for UPS
04/22/2015 10:30 - Received into UPS possession
04/23/2015 07:35 - Carrier and Customs Released
"Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later."

300km below you in Calgary with a 04/27 date. I'm like you, the shipping says it will arrive by 04/27, but my email says 04/27. Talked to apple chat, they said the 04/27 is a firm date, but I'm still sceptical. I think we will know this evening when UPS prepares for departure and updates their delivery.
I'm 200 KM below you in Lethbridge and the delivery standard from UPS is tomorrow for me. I honestly, honestly bet that date is an error if you get in transit today.
Stumbled onto this page from iPhoneinCanada. It's a hidden, half-updated support page (says watch, but also says september), but it shows all the postal codes that fall into "zone two" for UPS Express Saver, meaning a monday delivery. I am pretty damn sure that if you're NOT listed on here, and shipped/in transit, you can bank on Friday delivery.

I'm only an hour away from Burlington so hoping for Friday, if it comes to my local depot before 4 pm I'll try to pick it up today.
Okay. Did some sleuthing on how this will move tonight (or last night? less likely) assuming your watch is starting in Burlington. UPS doesn't operate their own planes for domestic air, they use CargoJet. From the Logistics Centre in Burlington, watches will move or have moved to the airport in Hamilton (YHM) 20 minutes away. From there, CargoJet will head out on their normal routes to the cities they serve. Last night, there was flights to Ottawa, Vancouver, Edmonton, 2 to Winnipeg, Moncton, and Calgary. Theres a YHM-YYC CargoJet flight in the air RIGHT NOW (maybe why mine is in transit?) and here is the full CargoJet Weekly Schedule (big PDF warning). Here's where you can keep an eye on all CargoJet flights (but not the scheduled ones). Also, yes, I fully realize how crazy I sound.
I live In Hamilton so if the watch arrives before 4:30 to Hamilton I should get it today!

Wow. This sucks. My girlfriends 38mm sport will come before mine.
Maybe there's hope. Are your other orders with ups in Ontario?
Where are you located? Do you have a watch in your Apple support profile? Charge on your card? Can you find a tracking number using your phone number on UPS.ca? If I have that I can walk you through the steps mine went in order for the exact same watch and make a guess. I was a 12:02er.

Nope. Apple would have given UPS instructions that no-one gets it until the official launch date of tomorrow. So, you might want to check and see how early they open.
(oh, and you may want to call them and have them hold it at the hub, otherwise you could arrive there only to be told to go home and wait, as it's already on the truck).
So I think for most of us Canadians, It went like this: 1) Charge on card. 2) Order shows as Preparing For Shipment on Apple Status. 3) Watch available in Apple support Profile 4) Tracking number available in tracking by reference on UPS.ca 5) Order shows "Ready for Pickup" in UPS tracking 6) Order shows Shipped on Apple order status.
At this late hour without a charge on your card, I hate to say it, but I think you're out of luck for Friday, but I would guess early next week is likely given the 12:03 window. There's some June-ers getting shipped in 'Murica. Keep the faith, my thoughts are with you, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

I have the local hub manager cell, he let me get my iPhone 6 a day early, hoping he will do the same for the watch.
If you DO hook that up, I'd keep it on the Mega-down-low so your buddy doesn't get fired hahaha. also: Supremely jealous.
