Canada Orders - Shipped & Status Updates

What's kinda worrying me is that the "In Transit" lettering is in Red. I'm assuming that its because UPS doesn't know the est delivery date.

But knowing that others in Canada getting the same thing is easing my worries a bit. Can't wait for Tomorrow now.

BTW, in Edmonton AB & getting 42mm SG sport.

My guess is that it jumps out to red because it's outside the UPS system, with a parter (CargoJet) and will "go green" once it jumps back into the system (at a hub, on a truck).

Delivery date of 04/24 or 04/27?

Damn man. Lucky. I got my email this morning saying the 27th, yet we all have the same clearance status so far.

Ordered my 42mm SS WSB @ 3:02 EDT on the 10th, and got my shipping confirmation at 5:30 this morning.

I have the red "in transit" on my ups tracking page, but the email says it should be delivered tomorrow.

Do I need to be worried? First time pre-ordering from Apple, for Day 1 delivery.

Located in Toronto, by the way!

I got my confirmation at 05:30 this morning too. I don't think you should be worried, you'll get your watch tomorrow if Apple says so in the email.

Until my status changes on UPS, it could be the 27th or may 5 for all I know. Never was a big fan with UPS tracking system. But since I have a doctors appt the 28th, I need to keep an eye on it just in case I have to print the pre-signature thing from apple for the 28th.

Well that sucks. Looks like some people in Edmonton have 04/24 while others have 04/27, mine in Calgary is 04/27 while others in Lethbridge are 04/24.

I am just hoping its some glitch and I will receive tomorrow. But I'm loosing hope

I'd give you damn good odds of tomorrow delivery given you're in a major metro area and your watch is already in the same province as you are.

I'm sure hoping so too... it won't be the first time ups has screwed me over. It won't be the end of the world if it comes Monday instead, but boy will it be a tough weekend. :rolleyes: :)

Also I was looking into the shipping method we have (express saver) and it seems to mention Saturday delivery. I wonder if that's something we should be looking out for, if it doesn't deliver tomorrow?

That's a "value added" service for Express Saver (it's +$23 a package) and it's really, really unlikely Apple will make use of it. 99% You're looking at Friday or Monday.

This time around, a live signature is the only thing they will accept. I think it says that on the tracking page.

I'm from Edmonton too and I got the same ship date. But I still think it'll come by tomorrow since mine shipped around 6-7 pm last night. They got clllllllllll dayyyyyyyy today to bring it here

JUST had my TD CC charged.
Just changed to Prepared for Shipment
I never did receive the EOD.

My TD credit card was just charged and I got an alert, still showing as processing... a little hope!

As of 2:13 my status has changed to prep for shipping.

I received yesterday the EOD.

Mine is now with UPS in transit, I ordered a Milanese loop at 12:06 and it should be delivered tomorrow. Vancouver, BC.
 
FYI.

I ordered a 38mm Sport White Strap yesterday night and just got bumped to Preparing for Shipment about an hour ago.

So if you want your Apple Watch ASAP you can order that.

It initially told me June delivery.

BTW this is the type of the shipment: UPS Express Saver®

Eventhough Apple stated a 27th delivery in email, UPS Express Saver guarantees next day delivery meaning that the watch should be here for the 24th.
