CANADIAN iPhone 7/7+ Pre-Order Thread

My phone left Louisville at 14:53 destined for Seattle. Arrival time is 15:00. Should be a quick 45 min flight across to Richmond and hopefully overnight to Kamloops. Or else, it will be Monday for me.
It is also quite possible it was just a scan and is loaded ready for an aircraft, and it is still in Louisville. Will see when the next scan happens.
Mine says departure scan at 3:00pm, so must be on a UPS plane heading to Toronto or Hamilton now.
I am just happy there is movement this late in the game. Last year, my launch day phone got pushed to the following Monday because of delays and customs issues out of Louisville. It was in the GTA launch day morning, but never made it on a truck for delivery. I am hoping being there the night before will prevent that. Rushing always causes issues.
My 7 plus is due for delivery on the 28th, but now prepairing for shipment, hopefully the ones who didn't get launch day, get there phone next week.
Sounds like a horrible experience last year. Glad its worked out well this time around for you.
I may end up in the situation you experienced last year. Been in Louisville, KY since 9/14/16 1am and still havent seen movement from there....
You will hopefully still get it. There are two flights out of KY at 5AM that gets in to Hamilton or Toronto at 6AM and then it it flies from there to the trucks and out for delivery by 8AM usually. I actually was waiting for this, as I cannot find any UPS flights in the afternoon. Maybe it is supremely screwed up and is heading west? Who knows with UPS Haha!
Edit: I just looked and there was one out of KY to ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA Haha!. Maybe on that.
thats what surprises me; i can't seem to find any flights at this time; unless its stopping over in another city...

Yeah I looked and didnt see any flights out to Canada either. I thought perhaps they are not all listed there. Nonetheless Hope everyone gets theirs tomorrows who are scheduled for it!
Oh Yesss I remember last year.
For Toronto and Montreal, it will fly out of Louisville tomorrow morning. I think the flight to Montreal (Mirabel) is leaving Louisville at 4am.
Last year, it did the same but when it got to Montreal and Toronto, it was stuck at the Custom for too long and some did miss the delivery truck. It was not fun. Had mine at 4:55pm (and since it's an office, UPS have to deliver before 5pm).
But let's hope for the best tomorrow... the wait is almost over!
Yes... i have iPhone 7 rose gold 128gb... i got an email saying it arrived at my fido store for pickup tmw.. opens at 8am I was #1 in line though
i have to fly out to India for 2 weeks for work on Sunday... sure the world ain't ending...but...
fido and rogers have very limited stock apparently, if you check iPhoneincanada website they say that rogers has already cancelled many people and pushed delivery dates back as well
Anyone else order Apple Watch as well? I held off, but I am thinking of going to an Apple Store to see about getting one tomorrow or on the weekend after my phone arrives.
It's funny.. was thinking the same... probably will check tomorrow on the app n see if I buy one and pick it at the store. Usually the app will tell what they have in store. At least for the watch.
I wasn't really going to get the watch but I put up my first gen on Kijiji to see if there are any takers and might just end up selling it and getting the new one.
Ordered one at the same time, it was supposed to be here tomorrow but yesterday they moved the delivery time by 4 weeks which kinda sucks because it was supposed to be a bday gift for the 25th. Maybe I can grab one from the store tomorrow, but unlikely.
Yah. Good plan. I usually go to Square One in Mississauga but found driving an extra 15 minutes and going to Apple Store in Waterloo is much better. Not as busy.
