I called UPS and they have nothing beyond Mount Hope. The CSR said I'll get it Monday.

This is a new update. In my experience, Apple doesn't really update on the order page. Mine is now saying DELAYED, but still showing a delivery date of today, albeit estimated.

Yup. Pretty much what happened last year.

Package being delivered in Ottawa, it's 12:04PM now and it just added "Out for Delivery" as of 10:10AM - looks like the system is 2 hours behind - hoping to get it soon!
On apple's site it says this under tracking.

Yeah I spoke with Apple told them how disappointed I was told them I didn't wake up at 3am to get the iPhone late and that I didn't pick the Del date and they guaranteed it.
Straight up I said I would have went to the store if I knew this was the case.
She ended up giving me a free Apple 6s+ case but once it's in ups hands, Apple can't do much at all, more or less ur wasting ur time talking with Apple, ups is the one with ur products, they will have an answer but just like other people say, they can be very slow updating online and not only that but by the time the agent gets info for your order it could be outdated and any adjustments will slow down the shipment. Rule of thumb I use is once it's in the hands of courier don't do anything.

Most people who have a "destination scan" should assume that their phones are on a truck for delivery right now despite what it says on the tracking page.
I'm in Richmond Hill too. But mine went to Mount Hope. Then supposedly to Concord then Richmond Hill. Makes no sense to me.
Hey guys I just talked to ups. They told me my delivery we'll be sent out I time despite it still being in Calgary and I live in Edmonton. Should I keep my hopes up no?
You say they can't do much at all, but you managed to get it delivered on Saturday?
My brother's just left Calgary for Edmonton. Same route as last year. He is at a business though and he got his. I would expect you to receive yours.
I think from all the people calling in they got ups to work that day or ups took it upon themselves to make Apple and customers happy. The lady wasn't supposed to work on sat, she knew exactly the situation. But honestly I doubt Apple can make magic like that happen same with ups. As in getting the phone Del to me personally because I called and couldn't wait an extra couple days.
UPS still says "We currently have the package. The receiver requested clearance by a non-UPS broker." But apple order page says "Out for delivery."
The sheer number of people who have this message across Canada makes it dubious that this many cases of a shared pallet got stalled by a non-UPS broker request no?

I'm in Montreal too and the same status.
I called UPS, and they said that we'll receive our phone today... I hope for them !
You'll get it. Same route last year and the year before. Expect it after 3ish. Gets to edmonton at noon then put on trucks
