I was able to cancel my order with ATT by calling directly the order desk, 1-866-267-4510 and giving the iPhone order number.

Took about three tries to get through, and then a 20 minute hold, but then 3 minutes for the CSR to cancel.

I hope all of you cancelling your ATT orders causes mine to now ship on time. Thanks in advance!

This is what I'm hoping for as well. I guess in a few days when everything settles we'll have some sort of shipping update, and perhaps get bumped up. Right now everyone is running around like chickens with no heads cancelling orders, placing multiple orders, etc. Bad day to be a CSR that's for sure.

I ordered the 64GB, space gray 6 plus from At&t around 3:15am eastern and was given a delivery time frame of around 7-14 days. Once I completed the process, the delivery moved to 21-28 days. At the same time I had been trying the apple store app and it was showing nothing available. Then around, 4am, I manged to secure the same phone from Apple for a delivery on Sept 19th. Anyway, I've been trying all day to cancel this order with At&t and no luck. Finally, I was able to get an At&t rep that told me Apple automatically cancelled my original order with at&t so they could reuse the upgrade I had available.

I had ordered mines at the AT&T store but cancelled it Today. I'm going to go to the Apple Store on launch Day and try to get it instead of waiting till October. I want a 6plus 128 Gig I don't see those selling out as fast.
