I like many others here have had my 4S order canceled because of some computer glitch which accuses me of trying to order multiple iphones at discount. Apple has only 1 order under my ID and ATT says I'm clear to upgrade. I assume it to be a problem with the iOS app on the morning of the 7th. Anyway, I've re-ordered and responded to the email saying they might be able to honor my prior shipment date of Oct 14th. However, it is still listed as 1 - 2 weeks.

If your order has been canceled, and you have re-ordered and responded to the email with your new order number, has you date been moved up yet or are you still at 1 - 2 weeks?
 
Mine is the exact same situation and just showing 1-2 weeks, no email reply from apple stating if they are even doing anything.
 
A poll for this? All 2 of you? You forgot the option for people who got cancelled, re-ordered, replied to the email, and whose name is Lyle.

Seriously, can people lay off the ridiculous polls?
 
Mine is still at 24-31 for shipping, no reply to the e-mail. They are going to have to do something fast if they are really trying to get us the phones on the 14th as they say.
 
I talked to call rep on apple.com on this matter and was told I am not gonna see the delivery date updated explicitly on the order status page.

I'd say I gave up my hope on this and will just wait around to see if my new order goes through @_@....

Probably just wishful thinking, but my order says 24-31st for the phone and the AppleCare+ ordered with the phone now shows a delivery date of the 14th. Makes me wonder if AppleCare+ box is shipped with the phone, or would they send them independently?
 
Did get a response email from apple that they received my email regarding new order and are doing their best to try on delivery date though order still shows 7-14 days.

Good to hear. I should look forward to getting some email like that today.
I bet there are tons of people who are in the same boat.
 
Same issue here

So frustrating. I have not got an updated email yet or seen it change online. I did ask and it is quite a few people that this has happened to.

I'm waiting until tomorrow night and then planning on going and waiting in the wet Oregon line.
 
What is really frustrating is that this error was not in any means created by our mistake.
Just tried my best to pre-order early and that screwed me over this good. haha

Exactly. If I had been messing around with my addresses or payment method or something then I would feel at fault, but it was nothing like that.

Hope I get that e-mail response today - was contemplating waiting in line.

When I ordered my Macbook Pro The Apple Care was separate from the computer itself. If I am not mistaken they came about 4-5 days apart, with Applecare package coming first.

I just got the e-mail, too. Wondering if we may get a phone on Friday even if our delivery date doesn't update - hard to tell.
 
I put mine in at 10:19 est time last night so a little over 24 hours for me. It might be too late tonight but I really want to see that email. :D
 
Had sent the reply email yesterday evening at 7 and got the response today morning. But no changes.
 
After the reorder, my att eligibility has changed, has that happened to anyone else ordering on att. If the order does not go through again wonder if it reverts back automatically.
