I was going to buy a few of the candles, but quickly realized I could just buy a bunch of dongles with that money instead. I'll just throw them in a spare cauldron, boil them to a liquid, and then put the liquid in my essential oils diffuser.

Isn't "Mac" a registered trademark when used as a separate word? I know amalgamations like Macworld and MacRumors have long been kosher, but I didn't think you could use Mac by itself in your product.

I found it very creative since you can't feel the smell of truly new and fresh MacBooks these days and you probably won't feel it again for a long time...

I gonna buy thiz but no need cause home smells good since all my macs r new and i keep the box where ppl can see them so they know i buy da best. I have apple stickers all over the house and on car 2

What about the McDonald's 'Big Mac'?

Years ago I remember opening up a new Mac (don't remember now which model it was) and definitely catching a whiff of the delicate scent of fresh apples...... Alas, that was years ago and since then, the last two or three times I've had the joy of unboxing a new Mac I haven't noticed that delightful scent at all. Sigh. Times have changed......

You know what, many really enjoy that new smell when they go shopping. Thats along with other sensations like of course consuming and paying for the product, leads some to experience a mini highs. I suspect the brain stores that in memory.

I would actually market this product as the scent that will help reduce your impulse buying by conditioning your senses to that smell.

Is this for real? That **** would blow my mind.

There hasn't been a new Mac for many generations. How were they able find and replicate this smell? From memory?

This actual Smell of a new iMac is caused by the packing film/tape. The film/tape is developed by 3M. You can go to your local Walgreens and buy some clear 3M medical tape and then....yup it smells just like a new Mac. They also have a huge roll of 3M tape at Staples and Sams Club and it will literally make the whole house smell like a new Mac. I always have a roll inside my Nissan Rogue. It smells fantastic.

What's a Nissan Rogue?
