Otterbox warranty replacement process is great also. Just email them a picture of the case with a note describing any damage and you address and they mail you a brand new one.

Hmm.. not sure if its legit but it looks good, I like the black and white combo! Otterbox doesn't even sell that color combo.. they only sell black. So I would think the white silicone is a knockoff piece.
