Cannot Connect Subscription on macos and iOS

Is anyone getting this problem? I am trying to purchase Apple One and it just keeps saying Cannot Connect, no VPN on and I have done pretty much every tip there is on the internet, including sign out and sign in etc, reset keychains and more. Very annoying!

Seems like I can't log back into the app store via iPhone now too, just keeps loading.

Can’t sign up for Apple One

I’ve been unable to sign up for Apple One since upgrading to iOS 15. It constantly says “Cannot Connect”. Anyone else had this, or have a workaround?

Seems to have been fixed in Beta 2.
