Cannot Switch iCloud Backup Off

If I toggle "back up this iPhone" to off, it comes straight back on. Any ideas why this is?

iPhone 13 running iOS 16.4.

I haven't seen this issue. Have you tried while on wifi? Have you tried restarting the phone?

Yeah I've tried both!

It's not really causing me an issue, just something I've noticed.

Updating to iOS 16.4.1 has sorted the issue.
