Can’t access forums with 2FA

Hello there, I recently upgraded my iPhone and the Authenticator app lost my tokens and as I have 2FA set up to access the forums I can’t get it. It does ask me if I have any back up codes but I don’t remember getting any.
Can only access at the moment through Tapatalk on my iPad at the moment but when the 30 day token expires I’m out of luck.
Any ideas as to how I can get some backup codes, I don’t really want to have to set up a new account.

I would recommend still using it. Once setup, in settings, there is an option to copy/save your backup codes.
Save it to OneNote, or iCloud somewhere...
