So GoodReader together with iAnnotate or DocsToGo together with iAnnotate are good combinations. And what about one single app that will combine functions of GoodReader and iAnnotate or DocsToGo and iAnnotate for rendering PDF's.

Annotation for ReaddleDocs is currently on the final stage of development, we'll try to do our best to make it as soon as possible.

Thank you SO much for your video. There is something very wrong with my iPad. I own FastPDF and it runs horribly. All pdfs, that pdf specifically run terrible. Takes 5 seconds every time I want to zoom etc...

Np, perhaps you could try a full firmware restore?

I've also been looking for a nice PDF reader (with functionality similar to Zinio). FastPDF seems to have most of what I want... does it offer any kind of thumbnail page view/nav option? What about random access to say page 84?

Theres the bookshelf thumbnail view like what you get on iBooks, and a list view. If you tap once on a pdf page, it will also bring up a UI with a slider to skip to your chosen page.

Highlighting feature in the latest ReaddleDocs update is cool! Love the app!

So is readdledocs by itself a replacement for goodreader +iannotate? I was going to go the goodreader+iannotate route because of the power of both - goodreader being an excellent pdf manager and viewer, and iannotate with its ability to save annotations to be viewed on preview or acrobat reader (at least it is claimed...i think there was some debate about this).

I was using GoodReader for storage and opening pdfs in different apps from there. Now I'm transferring my files to Readdle for storage and viewing.

However, I've just tried Fast PDF again after its new update and I'm very impressed by the speed. So I'm torn.

I don't want copies of the same documents in three different apps, and Readdle now lets me highlight and soon annotate. But Fast PDF is amazing, too.

At this point it is most important for me to annotate and be able to save that pdf annotated for every platform I open that pdf in. I would use readdle docs, but have found that Docs2go is sufficient in organization of my pdfs. It let's be store the pdfs with pertinent ppts and documents pertaining to that subject, and I can open the pdfs from Docs2go to any program. Until readdledocs does full annotation, Iannotate is winning my favor. May not even need good reader, even though it is so highly reviewed.

Readdledoc, when do you expect full annotation and saving capabilities will come to the program? I want to see if I need to hold out or just go ahead and purchase iannotate.

Well, it's really hard to say the exact date, but we hope it'll be able in 3-4 weeks.

Do any of these PDF readers remember your place in multiple PDFs? For example, I'm on page 47 of a PDF, close it, open another, read to page 21, and it'll remember the place for each if they're reopened?

Yes, ReaddleDocs does that.
