iPod touch Can't Get 2.0!!!

Is anyone else having the problem where you go to click on Buy, it takes you to the EULA, you hit accept, it prompts you for your apple ID. You enter it, and it just goes back to the EULA and doesn't process?

Umm ... many of us had been trying for hours to get the software 'legally' ... When my patience finally wore out, I tried the method posted above, and it worked perfectly. It's not my fault Apple couldn't get their collective head out of their *** with this epic FAIL of a launch.
