Also, Im going to try to remove Mackeeper. However, there is a slight problem. I'm following the guide about how to remove a program completely but the first step is already a problem.

it says: "Launch Activity Monitor and change "My Processes" at the top to "All Processes", then make sure the app you want to remove is not running. If it is, quit the process before proceeding."

I still have Mackeeper helper on and when I even force quit it, it boots up again in just like a few seconds... Can I still follow the procedures or would that be a problem?

You can check the following locations for apps that automatically launch on startup and delete any you don't need/want, including MacKeeper.:
  • System Preferences > Users & Groups > yourusername > Login Items (SL and older: System Preferences > Accounts > yourusername > Login Items)
  • In Finder, click Go > Go to Folder > /Library/LaunchAgents
  • In Finder, click Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/LaunchAgents
  • In Finder, click Go > Go to Folder > /Library/StartupItems
Then restart your Mac, and it should no longer be running.

I think I succeded... Not sure though. Is there still something I should do now?

(Thx alot btw, for being patient and helping me)

After restarting your Mac, did you follow the rest of the steps to delete the app? If so, MacKeeper should be completely gone. Also, have you also gone through the steps in the first link I posted in post #8?

I did everything... Even the whole list of stuff that was handed to me... It didn't change anything... The only thing that changed is how most stuff works to the 16gb ram I have now... But fl studio still runs with lagging images...

I really don't get it.

I had a similar problem and it was the HD. Run this :

http://www.volitans-software.com/smart_utility.php

Its free and takes 30 seconds to do. It reads your drives SMART data and says if its failing. If it is then problem solved. Even if you don't think it is, its worth ruling it out.

My experience :
The apple disk utility said HD passed. However smart utility said failing. I took it into apple and their surface test said passed, their HD specific test said FAILED in big red letters. The guy said yep its failing we will replace it. (incidentally he asked for the name of the utility to put on his own Mac)
