I used this one on my sisters 3G and it works fine:
t-mobile_us_standard.ipcc
^ Thank you. Will follow this tutorial once I do a restore on my iPhone 3gs making it as close to new as possible. I'm hoping to take the FW to the latest iOS possible to maintain my Jailbreak/Unlock so that I can continue using the phone with t-mobile.
well finally took the Firmware Version of my iPhone 3gs to a later version so I was able to do the MMS Fix. You pasted some instructions but didn't mention the other steps that are mentioned on the http://blog.tweefari.com/post/3626600209/t-mobile-usa-carrier-bundle page. The moving of the .deb file to the AutoInstall folder on the phone for the patching. I followed all those steps first. Seems everything's good now. I've attached some images.
I went with the t-mobile_us_standard.ipcc file for now but am handing off this phone to my mom in a few days and she uses the t-zones data plan on her line. So for that, I'm guessing I have to install the t-mobile_us_t-zones.ipcc ? How would I pull the standard one off? Do I have to?
