Can't Verify Identity on New Iphone

I'm trying to set up my new iphone max pro. I'm at the "verify your identity" menu. I enter my billing zip code but nothing happens. There's no option to hit "enter" or "continue" or anything. Any idea what to do?

Looks like something got stuck. Have you tried re-booting?
other than that, I have no idea.
