Jailbreaking doesn't modify the hardware so it can't break your device.

Hence why I said "breaking" it not and breaking it.

I don't want to brick it and go through the hassle of doing a full restore. If it was an iphone, sure; I know how to do it. Not a brand new Watch though.

Is there a discussion about jailbreaking the watch? I did a search but didn't find one. Or would it just require a jailbreak on the phone in order to manipulate the watch?

In any case, if there is a way, I want to do it!
 
i want a pip-boy from fall out.

i would be shocked if a watch faces store didn't come in the next 6 months - perhaps announced at WWDC?

They have a pip-boy watch face for Android Wear watches. In fact, they have 100's of watch faces. Hope some of them come to the Apple Watch.
