Car mount without shake?

I'm looking for a mount that doesn't shake like

... does anyone please have tips or suggestions?

My wife has a ProClip in her CR-V with the MagicMount Pro magsafe holder and it's been rock solid. We have it mounted to the right of the dash.

I second the ProClip; my wife and I have been using them for years.. Everything else just justifies getting a ProClip setup.
