what software can one use to partition a 4 HDD RAID into a 200GB partition and the rest (or more)? This HDD already has content.

the 200GB partition I intend to keep for CCC.

I want to use Time MAchine. Have not used it so far. Do I need to create a partition for Time Machine backup?
