Hi everyone,

Is it possible in macOS (Sequoia) to display open programs or windows in a cascaded layout, like in Linux or Windows?

Example:

I already have a shortcut to resize all open windows to the same size:

Now I’m looking for a way to display these windows in a cascaded view. Can anybody help with?

Thx, Macioso

Have you seen the "Window Cascade" script? https://www.macscripter.net/t/window-cascade/72117
Oh I thank you so much!

I was just lurking a long time in this forum until I recently ran into a special problem. I have learned a lot here and you’re known as an expert (e.g., for your work on preventing OS updates). Thx again. 👍

Edit:
I have tried the script and it works but only for windows of a single app. If only I could figure out how to modify the script so that it cascades not just the windows of a single app, but those of all apps—and the apps themselves... I just don't have the know-how for that.

Ah, Thx - that's good and works. Now I will try to adjust cascaded windows size.
