Just got mine on Thursday. I put a screen protector on the back just cut a part out for the camera and the case fits fine. The flash is not affected at all by the case from what I can tell. It is raised on the sides so the screen doesn't touch the surface I made sure by sliding a piece of paper under it while laying it flat on the screen. I thinks it the perefect case and recommend it.

I know I'm a bit late for this thread, but I ordered a Case-Mate Barely There for iPhone 4 and I was wondering about protecting the back of the device. I know that the Barely There has a cut out for the Apple logo and people have been recomending that you trim down a protector to fit just around it. However, dust and debre will still get down that gap and scratch the back. I have ordered a pack of front and back protectors and I'm just wondering if this case would still fit on with a full protector on the back? I can't see a reason why it wouldn't fit. It's not like protectors are majorly thick.
