Which are you getting?

Apple Bumper
Incase Snap Case - Smoke
Incase Snap Case - Clear
Belkin Shield Micra - Clear
Griffin Motif - Diamonds/Smoke
Griffin Reveal Etch - Black Graphite
Speck Fitted - Black Tartan
Speck PixelSkin - Black

FWIW the Speck Pixelskin fits nicely and adds a lot of rubber to help it bounce should you be unfortunate enough to need it.

My friend just got the Speck Pixel HD one, it feels and looks great and no flash issues at all. I have a bumper and an Griffin Reveal already...I personally find the Bumper the worst of the lot.

I'm going with the Speck Pixel HD.

which one of those 3rd party cases are the best???? I would prefer for more protection than a bumper. Don't want to go through the app just in case it won't let me back out

i have the same question, but is the bumper just better quality over all ? i think those hard plastic case will end up doing damage to the phone in the long run.

You can go in a look in the app at each one. You have not selected fully until you hit the place order button. The Speck Pixelskin HD does look nice. Wish they offered all the colors.

The bumper is just a strip of plastic wrapped around the antenna. Minimal protection.

Was going to go with either the bumper or the Pixelskin HD, chose the Pixelskin. Not surprisingly the selection of cases isn't large or very good but at least there's a good option in there

does anyone know if the incase snap on case will have a smooth rubbery texture? or is it the glossy plastic?

I chose the Belkin shield micra...

It seems to be different then the Grip vue (per the website). I think it's a more flexible, TPU type material where the Grip vue is a hard plastic case.

Can anyone confirm?

glossy plastic.

does anyone have any good things to say about the Belkin case ? Im still torn between, Bumper, Belkin and the pixel skin.

j5uh...

I was going to chose the Incase because I've liked their products in the past but I think it's a hard plastic type case. Plus it doesn't have top and bottom protection (see photo) like the Belkin does.

I ended up picking the Pixelskin HD. I wouldn't be surprised if that case runs out of stock first.

After much research. =)
I went with the pixel hd case. sounds like a really nice case.

richxps...

The Belkin Micra is hard plastic? Why have the grip view AND the micra both be hard plastic? Seems as though they would be the exact same no?

Also, here is the description of the Belkin Vue on their website:

Clearly Unique

Tint & Texture
Protect your iPhone, without covering it up. The translucent sheen enhances the look of your device, while giving it maximum protection. And the innovative, flexible material combines grippability with visibility and a sleek, high-gloss finish.

Style & Substance
The thin material is durable and impact resistant, and the slim, form-fitting shape slips easily into your pocket or purse without bulk

And here is the Shield Micra:

Flex, Feel, Protect

Feel the Love
Protect your iPhone with the flexible, touchable case without the bulk.
This ultra-thin case is lightweight and the streamlined design embraces your device to slip easily into your pocket or purse.

Double Feature
You’ll get enhanced protection for your device and the unique flexible design lets you pop your iPhone out of the case with ease.

So I'm thinking that the Micra is more of a clear TPU type case where the Grip Vue is more of a hard plexi type.

Anyone think otherwise? Wish the Micra was out so I knew for certain :) At any rate, free is free! Just hope that it isn't like the Grip Vue since many are not liking it due to lint getting in the case and the hard plastic scratching up/scratching the phone.
