I'm glad I ordered early this morning. I ordered the Pixelskin HD, and it seems that one is pretty popular. My shipping date is August 27.

Haven't stolen anything, they never told me i was doing anything wrong Hmmm.... Do i really want that extra free case that apple are offering me?
If they realise and cancel it, good for them, they kept on top of things, but i don't think they are going to. I think the refund was goodwill, as i was willing to buy one, then everyone gets a free case with purchase of an iPhone 4, seems fair.
Eh, I generally try *ALL* of InCase's stuff, so to save myself some money I went with the clear snap case from InCase.
Might not like it, but hey, it's free, and I already have a bumper and other kinds of cases that protect the back. Don't have anything clear yet.

Is anyone else unable to get past the "Get Started" button? I've been getting "Unable to process your request. Please try again later." For hours. I've tried deleting and re-installing, no dice.

Same problem here. I've tried everything and it won't work for me. Even made a new account, reset my password, restarted the phone...
I'm stuck.
In case you're thinking of calling Apple for some ideas, don't bother. They're about as helpful as a fart in a jam jar, and apparently the iPhone 4 fiasco has made them bitter and less than thrilled with helping people.
I just wasted 30 minutes of my life on the phone with them.

I called earlier today as well, and it was a waste of time.
I just called back now, and they seemed better prepared.
I wanted to change my order and they told me a supervisor will do it and call me back in 2 days. So now I wait.

You know, I'm starting to lose my patience with this whole thing. 6 hours later, still cannot log into this POS case application. Is it possible for Apple to do anything lately that doesn't inspire hours of frustration?
No, but i do get a lot of stationary from my college, paper, pens, rulers etc. No one really cares, they've never gone "Where is my pencil!" You also leave a few, so it doesn't look like any are gone

hmmm I called them about an hour ago, they were very pleasant to deal with. I wanted to change my order from the clear incase snap to the smoke, rep was eager to help, the process took about 5 minutes. I did have to wait 10 minutes to get a rep, but that was the only "unpleasant" part
