Finally got a reply from Caudabe 7 days later! And the end result is the code they gave me only worked on one out of the two cases I ordered originally (Sheath/Synthesis).

For anyone that has placed an order for the button version (15 Pro's) and ordered more than one replacement, were you able to get a code from support to cover multiple cases in the same transaction? I have a feeling their system can't discount more then one item at a time so I'll be forced to order each case seperately and stomach the shipping fee twice.

1 code covered both my cases

Anyone tried the Sheath with the basic iPhone 15 (Not pro/max/plus)? Normally get the spigen liquid air, but the latest version seems loose on the side :(. Also is the Sheath much thicker then the liquid air? Like to stay on the slimmer side! Thanks.

Got the Black Sheath for a 15 Pro. First one had a magnet doubled up and wouldn’t sit flush. Took some time to reply, but they were great and sent a replacement. The replacement seems to have an issue too though. The power button side has some give if you pushed on the edge. Like it isn’t sitting on the phone right. Didn’t seem too bad, but now it’s starting to click/snap back into position when I take it out of my pocket and press on the edge by the power button. Like it’s catching on the glass.

Just have them send another replacement. Mine is perfect. It fits like a glove on my phone. Feels so solid. I love this case.

I ordered a 15 Pro Gray Sheath and Blue Synthesis on 9/26. I've received no email that the cut-out version of these cases has been shipped. I also emailed Caudabe on 10/1 requesting my code for the button version of the cases once they appeared on their site and no response. I even reached out on Facebook Messenger this morning and no response. There is no customer service phone number on their website and my order history doesn't display a shipping status. What an unnecessary hassle this has been! I have purchased Caudabe cases with no issues in the past, but have been very disappointed by their complete lack of any customer service at all during this release. I should have just waited for the button version to show up on their site before placing my order. Anyone have any suggestions besides waiting?

Go DM Caudabe on X/Twitter. It works for me and an other guy from Macrumors

Caudabe replied to someone on Twitter that replying to a ticket makes you wait longer for a response. That’s a pretty dumb system since the tickets specifically say “reply to this email”

I got an email back from Caudabe after midnight this morning with an updated code for the gray sheath case. I must admit their customer service is top notch from my experience. Spigen has been a complete nightmare every single time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Finally got an acknowledgement on X/Twitter via @ stating they would forward my issue to Support. Hopefully, I'll get some answers today. . . may the odds ever be in my favor! After seeing the pic above, now I'm not sure I'm loving the grey as much as what they have pictured on the site. Case looks much lighter to me than the one pictured on the site. I'll have to wait for in-hand impressions I suppose (if that ever happens).

Well tweeting them on Twitter is the way to go!! A couple hours after I tweeted them I received the email from support with the new code and have just successfully placed the order for the new Gray Sheath!

Wow 7 days is a long wait. I guess I shouldn’t be concerned about my 3 day wait.

Why does it looks like the buttons(both volume and the new action button cover) have holes on the sides of them? Would think they could figure out how to seal this to not let dust/debris in.

It was partially my fault as the poster quoted a few above yours on how their ticket system works. I waited 4 days and got impatient and sent in a reply to my initial email which bumped me to the bottom of their queue. I received a reply 3 days after that message (yesterday), so response times are improving slightly.

Luckily I was able to get the code issue sorted out yesterday and the cases shipped out this afternoon.

Glad to see you lot are getting replies on Twitter support from Caudabe. It's hell waiting, let alone for 7 days.

I ordered the gray sheath action button case today. It's on Pre-order but I have the black to secure my phone until it arrives. I hope the gray w/ the titanium blue looks good. Debating if I want to order the blue case now......

Just got my black one, I really don’t get the part I mentioned above- why would they do open gaps around all the buttons(volume, action, power)? Not only will it let in dust and debris, but it just looks cheap- like you can just punch out the buttons barely being held by plastic. Has the sheath always been designed like this? Based off the positive feedback it seems strange to me as I don’t get the benefit of the design.

It's always been that way. I've never had a problem with it and I've been using Sheaths for my last few iPhones.

Strange, wouldn’t you want it to be fully covered for a case designed like this? Never seen a full cover case that has slits along the buttons. Guess not a big deal but curious why they would choose to design it like that.

I thought the same last year and never bothered me after having it on. I never had an issue with excessive dirt/lint because of it.

Is the new action button mushy and sucky?
Nope, it’s actually very firm- maybe a touch too firm so even if it softens a bit will be fine. It’s definitely more firm the volume up/down & wake/power buttons.

Good to know, and somebody also mentioned it helps maintain the firmness so I guess there is a purpose. Overall case does seem really well done, I can see why people have loved it.
